日本にいては見られない、ＮＨＫの海外向け放送「NHK World TV」の震災に関する番組「For the recovery」で当社の久慈工場と中国人技能実習生のことが取り上げられました。
３分強の構成を、支援部総務人事課のＵ君が日本語訳してくれましたので、載せさせて頂きます。

The city of Kuji in Iwate Prefecture,
this chicken processing plant situated about 5 km from the coast
it escaped from the Tsunami, and was able to resume operation in 3days after the disaster.
岩手県久慈市、
この鶏肉加工工場は海岸から５ｋｍ内陸にあります。
津波の被害はなく、震災から３日後には工場を再開できました。

Many of the workers at this plant are Chinese nationals, who have common trainee (?)
Many of the Chinese trainees working in the Tohoku regions have gone back home since the March 11th disaster.
But most of the 160 trainees working at this plant have opt to stay.
工場の多くの従業員は中国人で、技能実習生として働いています。
東北地方で働く多くの中国人実習生は、３月１１日の震災後母国に戻っています。
しかし、久慈工場の１６０名の中国人実習生は日本に残る決断をしました。

I'm really grateful that be able to recover thanks to the trainees.
Things have really gone smoothly because they have chosen to stay.
If they didn't, this plant (?) only be able to work at about 50% capacity.
中国人実習生のおかげで、工場を再開できとても感謝しています。
日本に残ってくれたので、再開へのプロセスがとてもうまくいきました。
もし帰ってしまったら、久慈工場は半分の能力でしか稼働できなかったでしょう。

The earthquake struck were the trainees at the work.
It knocked out the power, and broke the factory to (the stance) to.
Everybody to cover (at) the domitory.
地震は仕事中の中国人実習生を襲いました。
停電が発生し、稼働できなくなりました。
実習生は寮に戻り、避難しました。

The earthquake struck out of the (blue) while we are at work.
It was really scarely because I'd never experienced anything like that before.
My family back in China have them wanted in me to go back home, because they aren't (all) () after the situation here.
And they were worried after seeing all the earthquake recoverage on TV.
But I told them that I was safe here, and that we want to (affected) at all.
仕事中に地震に襲われるとは思ってもいませんでした。
初めての経験だったので、とても恐ろしかったです。
中国の家族からは、私の状況を心配して戻ってきてほしいと言われました。
中国のテレビでも日本の津波の様子が放送されて、心配だったようです。
でも、私は大丈夫だから日本にこのまま残りたいと伝えました。

Nobuko Yuge, provides the emotional support for the trainees.
Nobuko is the personnel officer.
She helps the trainees (settle) (inter) life in Japan, and looks after them in various ways.
Nobuko has tried to spend as much times as possible with the women to help dispel their anxieties.
弓削伸子さんは、実習生の心のケアを行っています。
伸子さんは、会社の総務担当者です。
彼女は日本で暮らす実習生について、いろいろな面でサポートしています。
伸子さんは、実習生の不安を和らげよう、できるだけ彼女たちと一緒に過ごそうとしました。

I'm not just the personnel officer.
I've honestly tried to be in mother at this women.
And they've gradually come to place they just trust in me.
My presence can help alleviate their worries.
And glad that I've been able to form this kind of relationship with the trainees.
私は、「総務担当者」ではなく、彼女たちの母親になろうと思いました。
そうしたら、次第に彼女たちも心を開いてくれて。
私の存在が彼女たちの不安を和らげたのかもしれません。
彼女たちと信頼関係を築くことができて、とっても嬉しいです。

I believe are labor in union factory and the people here.
That the major reason.
The union on the factory was soon evacuate us in guide to this safety.
And the event is dangerous, so something else happens.
That cause me out of peace of mind.
